I was just trying to figure my shit out. Apparently, that escalated.
I wasn’t trying to start a website.
Actually, I wasn’t really trying to start any of this.
I was trying to make a few things that made life feel slightly less chaotic.
A planner I’d actually use.
A way to organize my computer without creating 47 folders called “misc.”
A Sunday reset that didn’t require me to sacrifice half of Sunday preparing for Monday.
Basically, I kept running into tiny problems that somehow required an unreasonable amount of Googling.
And eventually I started thinking:
Why is there not just one place that tells you this shit?
Not the optimized version.
Not the morning-routine-with-a-5:00-AM-wake-up version.
Not the version written by someone who apparently meal preps, exercises, journals, deep cleans their house, drinks 90 ounces of water and answers every email before 8 AM.
The normal-person version.
The “I have 20 minutes, three loads of laundry on the couch, and absolutely no idea where I put that important piece of paper” version.
So I started making things.
And then I made more things.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, UNLISTED happened.
I still don’t completely know what this is going to become.
And weirdly, I think that’s kind of the point.
There are enough places on the internet pretending to have everything figured out.
This isn’t one of them.
UNLISTED is for the things nobody gave us a manual for.
Money.
Homes.
Organization.
Getting your shit together.
Losing your shit occasionally.
And all the random things you somehow become responsible for just because you’re an adult.
I’ll share the things that actually help.
The things that sounded helpful but absolutely were not.
The things I wish someone had explained to me five years ago.
And probably some things I’m still figuring out in real time.
No perfect morning routine required.
